Residential Development Projects

Kingswood Farm Manor – Founding partner and general counsel to Munce Road Development Company, a Pennsylvania general partnership that developed Kingswood Farm Manor in South Strabane Township. The development consists of 21 residential lots with lot prices ranging from $40,000.00 to $65,000.00 and lot packages from $169,000.00 to $500,000.00. Handled all aspects of contract negotiations to purchase property; financing, zoning approval before the South Strabane Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors; rezoning of a portion of the property; hearing before the Zoning Hearing Board; coordinate engineering, erosion, sedimentation control, storm water management studies, as well as the construction of 100-year rain on-site detention pond. Also drafted Declaration of Covenants and Conditions and marketed the lots.Homes built range from $225,000.00 to $1.5 million.

Trinity Hills – Canton Township – Assisted the Holy Trinity Polish National Catholic Church in developing 20 lots for subdivision and sale to the public. Represented the Church in constructing the sewer and water lines to these lots and handled all sales. The development of this property enabled the church to build their new facility and be debt free.

Ginger Hill Estates – Independence Township – Represented Dave Wasik and Wasik Homes in the development of this 20 lot subdivision in Independence Township. Negotiated the purchase of these lots from the Washington County Redevelopment Authority and participated in zoning approval, township approval and engineering of the lots.

Kingswood Estates – South Strabane Township – Developer of a six lot subdivision with estate-size lots (1.25 acres to 2.5 acres). Worked with PAWC, West Penn Power, Columbia Gas and Washington-East Washington Joint Authority for installation of utilities. Lot packages range in price from $500,000.00 to $1.6 Million”.
